Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within 14 days of registering and paying for the event, will be refundable but subject to an administration fee of £150.00.

Cancellations made after this time will be non-refundable, although bookings may be transferred to colleagues. Any such name changes must be notified in writing at least 14 days prior to the event.

In the event of cancellation of the event by Bio-Emulation, due to a force majeure or other circumstances beyond our control, a full refund will be made to you in respect of fees paid to Bio-Emulation. This will not include any additional costs such as travel, accommodation or any other expenses/costs incurred by you.
