Cancellation Policy

Notice of delegate cancellation must be made in writing and sent by email to: WIN@conferenceshop.com

Refunds will be processed within two weeks of receipt in writing

Cancellation & Refund Policy as detailed below

Cancellation

• > 90 days prior to first event day
• ≥ 30 days prior to first event day
• < 30 days prior to first event day

Refund

• 100% refund minus 15% administration fee
• 50% refund minus 15% administration fee
• No refunds will be issued
