A UK Dental Academy asked us to organise, administrate and event manage their annual Scientific Meeting.

The brief that we were given from the Academy was that it had to be held in the south of England in a spa/leisure hotel for approximately 120 delegates.

There was to be a 2 day meeting, with a Themed Dinner on one of the evenings and a Gala Dinner on the other evening. This was to also include 2 nights' accommodation for approx. 60 rooms.

Annual Scientific Meeting, Themed Dinner & Gala Dinner

An international Dental Academy contacted us for help in running their annual meeting in Oslo, Norway.

We were asked to fully administrate, and event manage their event. We were responsible for the financial side of the event only, running the event from beginning to completion and event managing on the day.

The event specification was a three day conference for approximately 80 delegates, with three formal dinners. This was also to include three night accommodation for approx. 80 rooms.
